The location is amazing, right next to the Duomo and other historic spots. We explored Florence on foot with our three kids, and it was so easy! The nearby piazza was very lively, and we loved the peaceful ambiance of the hotel after a busy day.

My kids wished for better shower facilities. they were quite cramped.
